HOW COOL IS THIS? Windsor Terrace watercolorist Susan Greenstein is the real-life artist on the set of a short promo film that was produced for a local hospital. Susan is being filmed painting a plein-air watercolor of a street scene in Ditmas Park. Afterwards, an actor stepped in and acted the part of a watercolorist using Susan's set up & clothing...and ended the film by hanging up Susan's finished painting in her home. Way to go Susan!
