Belonging is rewarding, but keeping the group going takes work. So we have your active involvement, we require that you sign up for a committee. Don’t think you’re expert in any of the fields? Choose something anyway. This a chance to gain new skills as well as new friends, and the work is burdensome only if it falls on just a few members.)
